In 2024, Michaela workshopped Quinlyn Can Paint by Zach Barr with Ego Death Theatre Collective and performed in a short-run production of David Lindsey-Abaire’s Rabbit Hole with The Playhouse Collective. In 2023, Michaela appeared as Abigail Williams in The Crucible with Invictus Theatre Company, for which she was nominated for a Non-Equity Jeff Award for Performer in a Supporting Role. Michaela was also nominated for Best Performer in a Play by Broadway World Chicago for her performance as Pegeen Mike in Playboy of the Western World with City Lit Theater Company, and has appeared in Whose Body? (Lifeline Theatre), Melancholy Play by Sarah Ruhl (Organic Theatre Company), Ghosts of Whitechapel (Dragonfly Theatre Company), Lipstick Lobotomy (Trap Door Theatre), and Super Richard World III (The Stupid Shakespeare Company). Michaela's voice acting is featured in SOFT EARTH, an interactive ghost story, and The Improvised D&D podcast. During the pandemic, Michaela worked as a producer and actor with Zooming the Movies (ZTM), which presents free, live readings of beloved films and TV scripts, featuring actors from around the world (see the ZTM tab for more).

Re-imagining stories to forge community and envision change, Michaela seeks collaborative projects that adapt classic texts, folklore, and new work.
